- If you have medical records, x-rays or other diagnostic test results which may be relevant to the reason for your visit, please bring those with you as they may assist the doctor in his assessment, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
- In many cases, treatment can begin on your first visit, but only after the doctor reviews and discusses the recommended plan with you.
- Because we do expect payment at the time of service, please see Your Financial Responsibility for an explanation of our financial policies

I love dr Scott. He has helped me with numerous foot related issues ranging from fracturing my foot, gout, nail/skin issues. Great kind staff and a personable and knowable doctor. He saved me from needing surgery for the fracture. I am glad to have him and his staff as my doctor.
